Limited Hinge Warranty
Our iron doors are built with heavy-duty hinges designed for long-term durability and performance. We provide a limited warranty covering the door hinges only. This limited hinge warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a hinge experiences a mechanical failure due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it. Warranty applies under normal use and proper installation. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or environmental exposure is not covered. All other door components are sold as-is.
Product Inspection & As-Is Sale
All doors are sold as-is. Customers are required to inspect their door thoroughly before pickup or upon delivery. By accepting the door, the customer acknowledges that it has been inspected and approved in its current condition. We strongly encourage careful inspection prior to leaving our warehouse.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required before pickup or delivery. Accepted payment methods: Cash or Zelle. We do not accept personal checks. Doors will not be released until payment has been received and confirmed in full.
Deposit & Holding Policy
We do not offer payment plans. A deposit may be placed to reserve a door. Doors may be held for a maximum of three (3) weeks. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery. If the balance is not paid within the 3-week holding period, the reservation may be forfeited.

CONSULTATION & QUOTE
We'll discuss your style preference, dimensions, glass options, hardware, and finish. You'll receive a detailed written quote with full pricing - no pressure, no obligation.
PLACE A DEPOSIT
Once you're ready to move forward, a deposit is required to begin the design process. This is standard across the iron door industry and allows us to dedicate our design team's time exclusively to your project.
REVIEW & APPROVE CAD DRAWING
Within a couple business days of your deposit, we'll deliver your custom CAD rendering for review. You'll see your exact door - dimensions, design details, glass layout, and hardware - before a single piece of iron is cut. We'll revise until you're completely satisfied.
PRODUCTION BEGINS
Once you sign off on the approved CAD, your door goes into production. We'll keep you updated and provide photos of your completed door before it ships.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We recommend a third party installer who is professional and has installed countless doors for us. If you proceed with our recommendation, we can coordinate delivery and installation at your home or property.
