Our iron doors are built with heavy-duty hinges designed for long-term durability and performance.

We provide a limited warranty covering the door hinges only.

If a hinge experiences a mechanical failure due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.

Warranty applies under normal use and proper installation.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or environmental exposure is not covered.
All other door components are sold as-is.
Product Inspection & As-Is Sale
All doors are sold as-is.

Customers are required to inspect their door thoroughly before pickup or upon delivery.

By accepting the door, the customer acknowledges that it has been inspected and approved in its current condition.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required before pickup or delivery.

Doors will not be released until payment has been received and confirmed in full.
Deposit & Holding Policy
We do not offer payment plans.

A deposit may be placed to reserve a door.

Doors may be held for a maximum of three (3) weeks.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

If the balance is not paid within the 3-week holding period, the reservation may be forfeited.
